Another Graph of the Week

Today we made a graph about how many pets we have in the class. So, we added zero, one, two, three, and four and over. Also, Braylin and me both made it, and I have 11 pets, and Braylin has one pet. - Dylan

This morning, Dylan and me made a graph and it was about how many pets the whole classroom had altogether. I hope I'll get to do graphing again this year because it was really fun, and I liked working with Dylan because he always has great ideas. - Braylin

 

As you've seen in some earlier posts, our class has been working on surveys and graphs. Previous to this, the graphs had been done first by me, then by me working with the class, and next by pairs of students working with the class. Today was the first graph done solely by two students. Bravo to Dylan and Braylin for coming up with the survey topic, carrying out the survey, and creating the graph, all on their own - it looks great!
